Student Account Refunds
Â鶹ÊÓƵ delivers your refund with BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution, powered by BMTX, Inc.
This includes Financial Aid refunds, overpayments, or dropped class refunds. Â鶹ÊÓƵ and BMTX, Inc are committed to delivering great customer service and providing you with clear choices as well as quick, easy, and secure access to your money.
How are refunds from Â鶹ÊÓƵ delivered to students?
Once your refund preference is selected, funds are sent from Â鶹ÊÓƵ to BankMobile who then disburses the refund according to your selection.
How do I make my refund preference selection with BankMobile Disbursements?
Make sure Â鶹ÊÓƵ has your current mailing address, no matter which selection you plan to make.
- Visit or email the Registrar's office, or log into
- In myCampus, click on the My Account tab.
- In the middle column, under Update Contact Information, select Personal Information.
- Update your address information as needed and submit. Please allow 3-5 business days for this process to complete your updates and for BMTX, Inc. to send you an invitation via email or US Mail.
When you receive the invitation from BMTX, Inc. (either email or US Mail), visit the , enter the unique personal code provided to you and proceed with making your refund preference selection.
How do I get my Personal Code?
Current Students can contact the Bursar’s office to request a new personal code. An email from BMTX, Inc. will be sent to your Â鶹ÊÓƵ email address.
New Students will receive a Refund Selection Kit from BMTX, Inc. in the mail at their primary address on file with Â鶹ÊÓƵ. Check your current address on file by logging into MyCampus, My Account page, Update Contact Information. BMTX, Inc. may have also sent you an email with your personal code. You may use the code in the email instead of waiting for the green packet to arrive.

I don't think I will ever get a refund. Why should I select a refund preference?
Although you may not currently expect a refund from Â鶹ÊÓƵ, we may have a refund for you in the future. It may be necessary to drop a class, a class may be cancelled, or you may simply receive a scholarship or assistance you were not anticipating. Selecting your refund preference to receive refunds from Â鶹ÊÓƵ ensures you will always receive your refunds how you prefer and in a timely manner.
