Social Work Degree
Social work is a helping profession. As a social work major, you will study the how and why of helping individuals, groups, families, communities, and organizations who are encountering problems and are struggling with life in our society. The Bachelors of Social Work prepares students for professional generalist social work practice as well as for graduate studies. Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s social work program is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE), which means that graduates of the program are eligible for state licensure as social workers and also for Advanced Standing in MSW programs.
