Blayne is currently the Director of the Student Disability and Testing Services office at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. He is an active member of Texas AHEAD and received his Professional Associate certification from the National Association of ADA Coordinators. Blayne has been a staff member at 麻豆视频 since January 2020. Prior to arriving at 麻豆视频, Blayne spent time in the Office of Access and Learning Accommodations at Baylor University and Texas Tech鈥檚 Student Disability Services office.

Originally from Lometa, TX, Blayne earned his Bachelor of Science and M.S. Degree from Texas Tech University. Blayne has personal interests in cooking, hunting, and fishing. Blayne and his wife Kristin have two daughters, Brett and Bonnie. The Alaniz family are members of First Baptist Belton.
